In Murrieta, Vintage Farms apartments has officially topped out, marking the completion of structural construction. Built by R.D. Olson Construction, the 15-acre community will feature 330 luxury and market-rate apartments across 11 buildings, complemented by 15 standalone garages. Residents will enjoy a variety of floor plans, family-friendly amenities including a clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ areas, and walkways, as well as convenient access to local shopping, dining, and schools. Thus far, R.D. Olson has worked 104K+ hours on Vintage Farms and poured 8,033 cubic yards of concrete. The project is expected to be complete in Fall 2026.

In Fullerton, C.W. Driver Companies achieved the topping out milestone of the $54M Engineering & Computer Science (ECS) Innovation HUB. The 45,000-square-foot facility will support the next generation of engineers and technology leaders with advanced dry labs for computing, robotics, materials testing, and cybersecurity, along with collaborative makerspaces, equipment rooms, student lounges, and a dedicated wellness area. The project is slated for completion in 2027.
