McShane Construction Completes Mixed-Income Housing Community in Atlanta

McShane Construction Company announces the completion of Ashley Scholars Landing II, a 212-unit mixed-income apartment community developed for repeat client The Integral Group in Atlanta. The project represents the second phase of the master-planned Ashley Scholars Landing mixed-use community and includes a precast parking garage to support residents and visitors.

Located on a 5.9-acre site, the three- and four-story development blends durability and design with an exterior of Hardie siding and brick masonry. The community was designed to achieve EarthCraft Gold Certification, reinforcing a commitment to sustainability and long-term performance.

“Our long-standing relationship with The Integral Group has been instrumental in bringing Phase II of Ashley Scholars Landing to life,” says Dave Meadows, VP and Regional Manager at McShane. “We are proud to deliver a project that meets residents’ needs while supporting ongoing revitalization efforts across Atlanta.”

Inside, apartments feature stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and in-unit washers and dryers. Residents also have access to approximately 4,500 square feet of amenity space, including a clubroom, fitness center, micro-offices, and an activity space. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas and a walking park designed to encourage connection and wellness.

The architect of record for Ashley Scholars Landing II is JHP Architecture.
