Anderson brings a diverse background including experience in the insurance industry, construction litigation cases, and legal research on a broad range of topics. Prior to joining Ball Janik, Ms. Anderson served as a law clerk at other boutique law firms in Clearwater and St. Petersburg, FL, working on legal drafts, drafting responses and motions, and analyzing case documentation. She received her law degree from Stetson College of Law, where she was a Student Leadership and Development Committee Member and a First-Generation Law Student Society Member. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.

Sachs has a robust knowledge of the law through his various summer associate, internship and externship roles, where he completed a multitude of tasks to support supervising attorneys, including analyzing and reviewing contracts and noncompete deals, and conducting legal research and pre-trial tasks for complex litigation, real estate, and general business matters. He received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where he was the runner-up class selection for the 1L Oral Advocacy Competition. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business.

Zielinski brings a solid foundation in legal research, litigation and corporate law support, and writing, and contributed to a highly cited law journal analyzing the Federal Rules of Evidence in administrative proceedings. She received her law degree from Florida State University College of Law, where she was a member of the university’s Law Review and Business Review journals. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama.
