Rosendin Named Official Partner of the Navy SEAL Foundation

Rosendin, one of the country’s largest employee-owned electrical contractor, is deepening its long-standing commitment to the military community by becoming an official partner of the Navy SEAL Foundation. The partnership formalizes a relationship more than a decade in the making and expands Rosendin’s support from a single annual fundraiser into year-round action.

Since 2016, Rosendin’s annual golf tournament and auction has raised more than $4 million for the Navy SEAL Foundation, rallying construction professionals across California around a shared mission. As an official partner, Rosendin will now help broaden the reach and effectiveness of the foundation’s programs that serve active-duty service members, veterans and their families.

The Navy SEAL Foundation delivers more than 30 comprehensive programs focused on strength, resilience, health, education and community support. These initiatives are designed to ensure members of Naval Special Warfare and their families receive critical assistance during deployments and throughout the transition to civilian life.

“The privilege of becoming an official partner with the Navy SEAL Foundation reflects our dedication to serving those who serve,” says Keith Douglas, CEO of Rosendin. “This partnership turns a decade of goodwill into year-round action, allowing us to amplify their incredible impact across the entire Naval Special Warfare community.”

For Rosendin, the partnership is both professional and deeply personal. Over the past 10 years, the company’s golf tournament has provided a consistent and meaningful way for the construction industry to support Naval Special Warfare, with all proceeds directed to the foundation’s programs. The new partnership builds on that momentum with a focus on expanding access to vital resources, strengthening long-term transition support and providing compassionate care for families after a loss.

“This is personal to us,” says David Lincoln, SVP at Rosendin. “Many of our people wore the uniform or love someone who did and we want them to feel seen, supported and set up for success in their next chapter. Every veteran who walks through our communities carries stories of sacrifice that deserve our deepest respect and our strongest commitment to their future.”

Founded in 1919 by World War I Navy veteran Moses Rosendin, the company continues to employ veterans from every military branch across the United States. Rosendin also partners with the National Electrical Contractors Association and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers to create clear career advancement pathways for workers at all skill levels, including those new to the electrical trade.

Through its official partnership with the Navy SEAL Foundation, Rosendin is carrying its legacy of service forward—transforming gratitude into sustained action and support for the military community it has long stood beside.
