Miller Architects & Builders Breaks Ground on Able View Assisted Living

St. Anthony, Minn. — Miller Architects & Builders is proud to partner with Nou Vang to design and build Able View Assisted Living in St. Anthony, Minn. The firm was selected to help bring the business owner’s vision to life of expanding on his successful business that began as a 10-unit space in 2020. He is now expanding with a new 34-unit facility to better serve the senior population. In partnership with Miller Architects & Builders, the custom space is being constructed in a way that focuses on care, comfort, and community.

“Understanding the needs and how to serve the senior community is what Able View Assisted Living does best, and we could not be more excited to join in on the creation of this project, combining our senior living expertise with Mr. Vang’s,” said Dave TeBrake, Executive Vice President of Miller Architects & Builders. “This space will combine beauty with healing and enrich the senior community of St. Anthony.”

When the two-story structure is completed in the summer of 2026, it will feature 30 single units with private bathrooms and four double units with a shared bathroom for two residents. To foster community building among residents, a large dining and activity area with an electric fireplace and a lounge space will be located on the second floor. The additional space will also include business offices, a staff lounge, a family conference room, medication rooms, a nurses’ station, a commercial kitchen, a laundry room, and a spa for the residents. For the outdoor space, a large observation deck will be located on the back of the facility, overlooking a nearby body of water.
