LGE Design Build has officially planted its flag in Florida with the opening of a new East Coast office in Tampa. The move signals a major step in the Phoenix and Dallas headquartered firm’s national growth strategy as it accelerates into high-demand markets.
Located at 442 W. Kennedy Blvd., the Tampa office launches with momentum already behind it. LGE enters the state with nearly 500,000 square feet of logistics development construction awarded, a strong indicator of Florida’s appetite for its fully integrated design-build model.
