Rockefeller Group has officially topped out 1072 West Peachtree, a transformative 60-story tower rising in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The milestone marks a new benchmark in the city’s skyline and ushers in the next era of mixed-use development for one of Atlanta’s most dynamic districts.
When complete in spring 2026, the LEED Silver-certified tower will stand as the tallest built in Atlanta in more than three decades—featuring 224,000 square feet of boutique Class A office space, 357 luxury residences, and 6,300 square feet of street-level retail.
“This development represents the next chapter of mixed-use design in the city, where world-class architecture and thoughtfully programmed amenities come together to create a one-of-a-kind vertically integrated community,” says John Petricola, Senior Managing Director of the Southeast Region at Rockefeller Group.
Amenities include a resort-style athletic club, private spa treatment rooms, sauna and frost lockers, a Pilates studio, and even a Pickleball court overlooking Midtown. A signature Sky Garden will serve as the city’s largest outdoor deck—complete with flexible lawn space for gatherings and skyline views.
Designed by Atlanta-based TVS and built by Turner Construction, 1072 West Peachtree is more than a tower—it’s a statement of how people will live, work, and connect in Atlanta’s evolving urban core.
