IMAGINiT Launches ACCelerate for Autodesk Cloud Management

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, announced today the launch of IMAGINiT ACCelerate, a new SaaS-based tool that helps administrators of Autodesk Construction Cloud® eliminate repetitive tasks and strengthen governance across projects. Autodesk Construction Cloud, now a part of Autodesk Forma®, is a comprehensive construction management solution that connects workflows, teams, and data across every stage of a project, from design and planning through building and operations.

ACCelerate automates common administrative processes to save time, minimize errors from manual efforts, and provide greater visibility into user access and project security. Designed for firms with twenty-five or more users or multiple active projects, this new tool gives project leaders confidence that responsibilities, permissions, and security remain aligned to company standards.

“Administrators are at the heart of every successful digital construction environment, but too often their time is consumed by routine tasks,” said Bill Zavadil, president and chief operating officer at IMAGINiT Technologies. “With ACCelerate, construction firms can shift their focus from manual administration to delivering projects with greater speed, safety, and confidence. This launch reflects our broader mission to help clients reduce risk, improve efficiency, and achieve measurable business outcomes by connecting people, automating processes, and integrating cost-effective technologies. By simplifying administration, ACCelerate also empowers administrators to play a more strategic role in their organization’s digital journey.”

“Construction teams operate under strict time-constraints,” said James Cook, director of industry and technology partnerships at Autodesk. “Optimizing administrative processes with ACCelerate enables project managers to reduce the time spent on repetitive and error-prone tasks and, instead, focus on improving project outcomes.”

Developed with customer feedback and ACC Idea Station community requests, ACCelerate was built to tackle the biggest Autodesk Construction Cloud administrator pain points. Delivered as a subscription service, it will continue to expand with new features that make administration faster, more consistent, and easier to scale.

ACCelerate helps Autodesk Construction Cloud administrators:

  • Save time on user management with batch tools to import, add, update, or remove users across multiple projects in one step.

  • Maintain accountability and continuity by easily reassigning RFIs, issues, and submittals when team members change roles.

  • Strengthen governance and security with automated audits that flag deviations from company standards and confirm that only the right team members have access to sensitive project data.

  • Simplify complex administration with a wizard-driven interface that makes complex administrative tasks quick and repeatable.
