C.W. Driver Companies, a leading general contractor, has topped out on the $76M Student Housing + Dining Commons.
The new 100,000 square foot housing space will accommodate 365 beds in the form of single, double, triple, and quadruple bed residential units designed to support affordable living. Additionally, the 21,000 square foot dining commons will consist of 500 seats, multiple food stations/options, an all-electric kitchen, and an outdoor patio seating area on the ground floor + upper level. This $76M concrete structure will be designed and constructed to achieve a LEED Silver Certification.
