Amanda Byram has given fans an exciting update on her home renovation, revealing the progress of her Scandinavian-inspired kitchen.
“I am sooo excited to see it come together now!” she shared on Instagram, @amandabyram, capturing the thrill of seeing her vision start to take shape.
Between managing family life and overseeing kitchen renovations, Amanda is embracing the process with excitement, and a bit of patience.
Scandinavian style in focus
Amanda’s plans reflect the hallmarks of Scandinavian kitchen design: clean lines, muted tones, and natural materials that combine style with practicality.
“So we went for the Scandi beauty (I know I said Swedish – I meant to say Scandi 🤣),” she wrote, highlighting her excitement for a style that feels timeless yet family-friendly.
While the space is still very much a work-in-progress, Amanda is beginning to see how the layout and materials will come together to create a practical and inviting kitchen once complete.
Seeing the space come alive
For Amanda, the most thrilling part of the renovation has been watching the kitchen’s layout truly take shape.
“I’ve never really been able to envisage just how wide this kitchen could be, but now I can see it coming together!” she said.
With her partner, Julian, frequently on-site to give surprise updates, Amanda has enjoyed seeing the project evolve even when she can’t be there in person.
Family, art, and gatherings
Amanda says the kitchen isn’t just about design, it’s about creating a space for connection.
Amanda plans to feature a striking art piece by Rajan Seth on the wall, adding personality to the space.
“I can really envisage family dinners and friend gatherings now!!” she wrote, emphasising that the kitchen is designed to be the heart of her home.
Amanda gives praise to her renovation team
Amanda credited the renovation team for their hard work: “The amazing @complete_refurbishments team are knee deep!”
She’s also eagerly anticipating the next stages of the home. “Getting close now!!” she enthused, showing that even with the challenges of renovation, seeing each stage come together makes the process worth it.
Amanda Byram’s upcoming kitchen perfectly illustrates why Scandinavian design continues to be a favourite: it’s stylish, practical, and built for family living, proving that even in progress, a Scandi kitchen can inspire.
