Morales has over 20 years of experience leading and executing complex architectural projects. As a Construction Administrator, he serves clients at all stages of their construction projects to ensure that each step aligns with the design intent and contract documents, as well as meets American Institute of Architects (AIA) standards. The Construction Administration team at FK Architecture plays a critical role in upholding design quality, maintaining client trust, controlling risk, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Cherkassky has over 10 years of experience in commercial architecture, including serving in various leadership roles and as a project manager at a notable engineering and architecture firm in Orlando, FL. She focuses on project management and quality control, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, managing budgets, and ensuring project milestones are met promptly. Cherkassky is a registered architect in the state of New York and has extensive communication skills, being fluent in both English and Russian. “I am honored to be joining such a creative and forward-thinking team at FK Architecture,” said Cherkassky. “This opportunity marks an exciting new chapter in my career, and I look forward to collaborating with colleagues and clients to create smart solutions that elevate the built environment.”

Barcia has over 10 years of experience, including roles in architectural design and senior-level project management. She is well-versed in delivering small to large-scale projects from schematic designs to construction documents for multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and other clients. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, with a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Puerto Rico and a bachelor’s degree in environmental design from the University of Puerto Rico.
“I am excited to contribute my innovative architectural design solutions and technical skills to drive collaborative client results,” said Barcia. “My passion for creating engaging and relatable architecture fosters comfort and collaboration, and this is very much a staple at FK Architecture.”
