AO completed the first phase of AMLI’s first development in the San Diego region. 97 units were completed in this phase with the whole project expected to be conducted in five stages. Notable architectural features of the seven-story development are its monochromatic black-and-white exterior, rounded corners and three courtyards. AMLI Aero also incorporates work/play through a variety of amenities including a rooftop pool + sunset deck with dining + cooking areas, co-working space, clubhouse, fitness center, leasing space and more. The full 4-acre project is expected to be completed in spring 2026.

AMP 30: This urban infill project, now open to the public, brings a vibrant mix of multifamily and mixed-uses to the North Park neighborhood. AMP 30’s design was inspired by music, energy, and soul, which is reflective of the surrounding community. It contains 202 units along with 7,796 square feet of commercial space. The project was infused with a multicolored palette that can be seen from miles away and incorporated building step backs to respect surrounding scale. A standout element of the project is the coffee bar in the lobby, which was built from a repurposed storage container and was designed to act as a welcoming social hub.
