$93M Florida Land Deal Underscores Growing Land Banking Trend

 BTI Partners, a Florida-based real estate land and development firm, has completed a $93 million acquisition of 3,200 acres in Clay County, Florida. This land will be a master-planned community that blends new housing with parks, trails, schools, and neighborhood amenities supporting the region’s growth and enhancing the quality of life for both current and future residents.

Located near Green Cove Springs and adjacent to BTI’s existing Laurelton master-planned community, the new development will emphasize walkability, green space, and access to daily conveniences, creating a well-rounded, livable environment for families and individuals alike. More than 51% of the land will remain dedicated to open space, reflecting BTI Partners’ commitment to responsible, sustainable land use.
