Stone farmhouse in need of renovation goes under the hammer

A farmhouse in Bradfield is set to go under the hammer next month, offering a rare chance to acquire a substantial piece of land with buildings in need of modernisation.

Broom Vale Farm, located in the village of Dungworth on the edge of the Peak District National Park, comes with a stone-built farmhouse, a collection of agricultural buildings, and just over 38 acres of pastureland.
