Jay Nuss Realty Group Supports New Vocational Center in Massachusetts

Jay Nuss Realty Group has partnered with Dharma Dreams Vocational Center on the sale of a new facility in Hanover, Massachusetts, supporting the launch of a program dedicated to empowering young adults with learning differences.

The property at 439 Columbia Road was sold to Dharma Dreams founder and President Joanne Burke-Sherman for $900,000. The organization plans to officially launch operations at the site in January 2026. The facility will serve as a hub for hands-on vocational training focused on landscaping, painting, life skills, entrepreneurship, summer internships and daily mind-body support.

In addition to facilitating the transaction, Jay Nuss Realty Group committed funding to become the first room sponsor of the Dharma Dreams Vocational Center, reinforcing its support beyond the real estate closing.

“Partnering with the Jay Nuss Realty Group exceeded all expectations,” Burke-Sherman says. “They presented spaces that met all my requirements and ultimately helped me find the ideal location to bring this vision to life. Their support of Dharma Dreams and investment in student success means a great deal to us.”

Jay Nuss, founder of Jay Nuss Realty Group, says the organization’s mission aligned closely with the firm’s values. “Dharma Dreams Vocational Center has the ability to positively impact many young adults. We are proud to have helped Joanne secure a space for her vision and to support the important work ahead.”
