Job spotlight: head of people and culture, Eco Green Group

My role is incredibly varied, which means that I am constantly on the go. As Eco Green Group continues to grow rapidly, my responsibilities may range from developing recruitment strategies to establishing clear policies and procedures, introducing employee development programmes, as well as supporting initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing and position the organisation as a great place to work.
