CROFT & Associates Expands Footprint with 6th Office in Historic Downtown Savannah

CROFT & Associates, the award winning full-service architecture engineering and interior design firm headquartered in metro Atlanta, has officially opened its sixth office at 24 Drayton Street in downtown Savannah. The milestone was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Oct. 29 and signals another strong step in the firm’s 20 plus years of strategic growth.

The Savannah location strengthens CROFT’s reach across coastal Georgia and the Southeast, giving the firm a deeper presence in a region where it has already played a meaningful role in preservation and design. The expansion reflects the firm’s commitment to people-centered solutions that honor the history culture and character of every community it serves.

“Our growth into Savannah underscores our dedication to being where our clients need us most,” says Anthony Iorillo, Principal and SVP, at CROFT & Associates. “This new office not only allows us to better serve our partners in coastal Georgia but also reinforces our long-term investment in the region’s future.”

CROFT’s work in the region already spans some of Coastal Georgia’s most historically significant sites. The team supported the rehabilitation of the Reynolds Mansion on Sapelo Island with updates that elevate comfort functionality and life-safety needs while respecting the landmark’s legacy.

The firm also contributed to the preservation of the Torrey West Mansion on Ossabaw Island helping safeguard its historic cultural and environmental importance. CROFT completed the design for the Skidaway Island Visitors Center as well creating a gateway for education exploration and stewardship of the coastal ecosystem.

Taken together these projects reflect CROFT’s belief in honoring the region’s historic fabric while ensuring these treasured places continue to serve and inspire future generations.

The new Savannah office will expand client service strengthen collaboration and deepen community connection. With a focus on hiring local talent from SCAD and surrounding colleges, CROFT is investing in the next generation of designers and engineers who will shape both the firm’s future and the communities it supports.
