The Karahan Companies is redefining what it means to live, work, and play in Frisco. The developer of Legacy West has officially unveiled the next wave of premier tenants joining Fields West—a 360,000-square-foot retail, dining and entertainment district anchoring the billion-dollar Fields development.
Led by renowned developer Fehmi Karahan, Fields West will feature 350,000 square feet of Class A office space and 1,150 high-end urban residences from Columbus Realty Partners, all seamlessly integrated into a pedestrian-friendly streetscape filled with energy, connection, and luxury.
Ten new brands will join the growing roster: Crate & Barrel, Culinary Dropout, Design Within Reach, Face Foundrié, Gorjana, Landry Kate, North Italia, Maman, TravisMathew and U Med Spa. These additions push leasing to an impressive 70% pre-leased—well before the project even goes vertical this fall.
“As the list continues to grow and we see Fields West going vertical, the anticipation for this best-in-class urban village is growing rapidly,” says Karahan.
SHOP Companies is leading the leasing strategy, which already includes retail icons like Bloomie’s, Alo Yoga, Pottery Barn, Sephora and Williams Sonoma, along with standout dining concepts such as Mastro’s Steakhouse, Sixty Vines and Mexican Sugar.
Construction is underway, backed by a $425 million loan, with phased openings set to begin in late 2027. Designed for walkability and connection—with green spaces, paseos, and intuitive wayfinding—Fields West promises to become the next great destination in the heart of north Frisco.
