MidOcean Partners Taps Spectorgroup for NYC Office Design

Multidisciplinary design firm Spectorgroup has been selected to design the new Manhattan office of alternative asset manager MidOcean Partners. The 26,000-square-foot workplace will span the entire 10th floor of 31 West 52nd Street, a postmodern tower owned by Paramount Group. Completed in 1986, the building is located directly across from the Museum of Modern Art.

Spectorgroup’s design approach will reimagine Paramount Group’s prebuilt standard into a fluid workplace tailored to MidOcean’s distinct culture, service model, and anticipated future growth. The design carefully balances polished client-facing spaces and collaborative areas, fostering meaningful connections, seamless teamwork, and elevated employee experience.
