Exciting development from The Ellinikon—Europe’s largest urban regeneration project located just outside Athens. Riviera Tower, the first skyscraper in Greece and the tallest building in the country, has now reached a major construction milestone: 25 floors completed, standing at 113 meters high, marking the halfway point toward its final height of 200 meters.
Developed by LAMDA Development and designed by the internationally acclaimed architectural firm, Foster + Partners, Riviera Tower is setting a new benchmark for luxury, sustainability, and urban living in Greece. Once complete, the tower will house 169 residences across 50 floors, including one- to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses, all featuring sweeping views of the Athenian Riviera.
This milestone signals tangible progress toward the broader vision of The Ellinikon—a pioneering smart city project that blends innovative design, environmental responsibility, and cultural legacy.
Construction remains on track for completion in Q1 2026, as part of Phase 1 of The Ellinikon.
