Chanen Construction, a Dick Anderson Construction (DAC) company, hosted a special appreciation luncheon for construction teams building the student housing project at Midwestern University. The event took place on Thursday, June 26th, starting at 10:00 a.m. at the Midwestern University Student Housing construction site in Glendale.
The luncheon celebrated the hard work and dedication of approximately 180 construction professionals. Chanen Construction served food from AZ Barbeque, a local Glendale small business, to attendees in staggered serving times throughout the event.
“Our construction teams are the backbone of every project we complete, and this luncheon was our way of showing appreciation for their commitment to excellence,” said Dean Howard, Vice President of Business Development for Chanen Construction.
The appreciation event featured raffle prizes for attendees, including a TV, a cooler with merchandise, a toolbox, tools, utility knives, and tape measures. Each prize was donated by ColorCor, Tempe Mechanical, AROK, and Chanen.
Chanen Construction has been working with Midwestern University since 1995, completing numerous projects on both the Glendale campus and the Downers Grove, Illinois campus.
