FK Architecture Relocates Office to Maitland, Florida

FK Architecture, a Fugleberg Koch Company, is proud to announce an exciting new chapter: the relocation of its headquarters from Winter Park to a custom-designed office in Maitland. After 40 years at 2555 Temple Trail, the firm will officially move into its new home at 2701 Maitland Center Parkway, Suite 125, on June 30, 2025.

This transition represents more than a change of address—it reflects the firm’s continued evolution and commitment to thoughtful, strategic growth. The new office is intentionally designed to support the needs of FK Architecture’s 40+ employees, providing an open, collaborative environment that nurtures creativity, mentorship, and innovation.

Though the new space has a smaller footprint, its flexible layout fosters spontaneous dialogue, shared learning, and cross-disciplinary exchange—hallmarks of the firm’s design philosophy. It also aligns with a workplace culture that values meaningful interaction while remaining agile and forward-looking.

“This relocation is an expression of our direction as a firm,” said Ken Linehan, Managing Principal and Owner. “It honors our legacy while embracing the future. Subtle design details in the new space pay tribute to our founders and past collaborators—reminding us that we grow best when we grow together.”

Founded in 1963 by Lyle Fugleberg, AIA, and joined by Bob Koch, AIA, in 1967, the firm became Fugleberg Koch Architects in 1972 and moved to Winter Park in 1985. Over the decades, FK Architecture has built a nationally recognized portfolio spanning hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, and more. The Maitland office sets the stage for its next era—fueling continued innovation, stronger partnerships, and a renewed focus on design excellence.
